Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on cn444, accessing the platform at cn444.ws, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

cn444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make a material change, we will post a notice on the site. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the revised terms.

Who Can Use cn444

You must meet all of the following to open and maintain an account:

Account Rules

One account per person

Each player may hold only one active cn444 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment details — will result in all linked accounts being suspended and balances frozen pending review.

Accurate registration details

You must provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address during registration. cn444 may ask you to verify these details at any time. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Keeping your login secure

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support at [email protected] immediately. cn444 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

Deposits & Payments

cn444 accepts deposits via the following methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned at the player's expense.

Withdrawals & Limits

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 26 minutes on average once your account has passed identity verification. The following limits apply to all players:

Bonus Conditions

• The welcome bonus matches your first deposit at 225%, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• The reload bonus adds 23% on eligible subsequent deposits.
• Daily cashback of 0.9% is credited on net losses from the previous day.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 6× the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonus validity is 7 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds expire automatically.
• cn444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotions is detected.

Gameplay & Fair Use

cn444 uses certified random number generation systems. If a technical fault disrupts a game in progress, the round is voided and stakes are returned. We do not honour bets placed after a technical failure has been identified.

You agree to use cn444 only for personal entertainment. Systematic exploitation of software errors, latency, or undisclosed vulnerabilities is prohibited and will result in winnings being voided.

Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on cn444. Breaches may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Opening more than one account (including through a proxy, VPN, or third party)
• Using another person's payment method or identity documents
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles
• Providing false information during registration or KYC

Identity Verification

cn444 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

Account Suspension & Closure

At your request

You may close your cn444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard security checks. Pending bonuses will be cancelled on closure.

At cn444's discretion

cn444 may suspend or close any account immediately if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a manner that could harm other players or the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, outstanding balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Self-exclusion

Limits of Our Liability

cn444 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses caused by network outages, third-party payment delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the net deposited funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
